Those who follow me and know me well, know that I have been working on my patience. This here is a prime example of an ignorant person that I know longer have patience for.

He solidifies my feelings of the racism that lies within the ignorant mines of most native Chinese people. Although he has many “foreign” friends, he still has not been showed the ropes of understanding and accepting different cultures and kinds of people. I teach children everyday in a school setting but the adult population China needs a few lessons on cultural diversity for themselves. 

My apartment-mate’s boyfriend —- BRIGHT IDEA

He mentioned to Ariana that he wanted to open a “spa” in his home town of Northern China. He would employ ONLY African woman from Guangzhou as an enticement for Chinese customers. It is hard for woman of color to find jobs in China especially Guangzhou, so thinks this will be doing colored woman a great favor by hiring them to work in a spa. He also believes that Chinese people will be drawn to this spa because of the “African” women who will be working in it. 

Now….

If you know anything behind the business of spa’s in China, you know many of them are sex trafficking establishments made to degrade Chinese women of their sexuality. Chinese women work in these spa’s for very little money offering themselves to the male clients, performing sexual acts to supplement their income. Young women, mothers, sisters and daughters selling themselves at the front of a “spa.” Men pay for women to have sex with them and perform sexual acts as requested. I’ve never personally been to one and have no intention of every going, but I have heard the stories and have one near my apartment.

Now…Is he really doing black women a favor?

Or is he looking at them like sexual objects that can help him incur a financial profit?

Most Chinese people cringe when I sit next to them on train, they don’t hold doors let alone open doors for me, or even hold elevators to make any gesture of kindness towards ME, a black woman.

How many Chinese men will actually let an African woman, a woman of color massage them,touch them or even mount them for sex ? ? ? Seriously.

I am not sure if putting African women and other women of color, in the position of prostitution would help them anymore than not having a job at all.  He boasted about how great of an idea this would be, but it just doesn’t seem so realistic and appropriate to me, the black woman. 

Don’t tolerate ignorance or people who lack the love of God for everyone. He’s narrow minded and need the devil to come out of him. But hey this is how all of them think… U can’t change all of them but he will learn to respect you. So chuck up the deuces and set your boundaries. If he gets ratchet I’ll be on the next plane comin. I can’t… Hurry up and come home. And make sure that room mate of yours respect you enough to keep him 10ft away from you.
